Stylooer Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Stylooer! If an item does not meet your expectations or does not fit properly, you have the option to return it within 14 days after receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Small hint: If you refuse to accept the package and it gets lost, you are liable for the resulting loss. So, it's better to accept it and then return it properly!

Return period and conditions

You have 14 days You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to initiate a return. It's important that the items are unused, undamaged, and have all security tags attached. The original packaging should also be present—just to ensure everything remains in top condition.

Return costs

• Germany: We'll be happy to provide you with a return label. The cost is based on the weight of the package:
• Up to 5 kg: 6.96 €
• 5-10 kg: 10.96 €
• Over 10 kg: 18.96 €
• International: In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Processing fees

To ensure your return goes smoothly, we charge a processing fee depending on the item. This covers the inspection, repackaging, and restocking of the returned items. The following fees apply:

• Blouses and bodysuits: 4.96 € per item
• All other articles: 6.96 € per item

Shipping processing fees

Each order is subject to Shipping processing fee of 5%This fee covers the costs of storage, packaging materials, and shipping coordination. Please note that this fee is non-refundable in the event of a return.

Return process

If you would like to arrange a return, simply send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and customer details. Our team will contact you within 48 hours We will contact you with the next steps.

Deadlines for returns

Once you have received the return label or return address, you have 7 days Time to send the package. Please provide us with the tracking number so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Returns not received within this time limit cannot be accepted.

Important instructions

Some of our products are provided with disposable seals. If the seal is removed, your right of return automatically expires. This gives you the security that you will only receive brand-new and unworn items from us.

If items are no longer saleable due to damage, soiling, or missing labels, we reserve the right to refuse the return and, if necessary, to demand compensation.

Refunds

As soon as we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected]. Within 7 working days we will process your refund.The amount will be credited to the payment method used when placing the order and the refund can be up to 14 days take until it is visible in your account.

Additional refund information

If you request a refund, we ask that you also return any free items that came with your order. These are subject to the same return shipping and handling fees as for regular items. If a free item is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding value from your refund.
