Stylooer Return Policy

1. Return period

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return them unused and in their original packaging.

2. Condition of the goods

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with all security seals intact.

Original packaging required.

3. Return costs

Within Germany (with Stylooer-Return label): The costs depend on the weight.

Up to 5 kg: 6.99 €

5-10 kg: 10.49 €

Over 10 kg: 18.99 €

Within Europe: This fee applies to one package only.

Austria: 14.99 €

France: 19.99 €

Netherlands: 15.99 €

Spain: 16.99 €

Luxembourg: 13.99 €

Portugal: 45.99 €

Belgium: 15.99 €

Denmark: 17.99 €

Poland: 15.99 €

Sweden: 32.99 €

Italy: 22.99 €

Other countries: Costs are borne by the customer.

4. Processing fees

Dirndl blouses/bodices: €4.99 per item

Other items: €6.99 per item
(Covers inspection, repackaging and quality control)

5. Shipping processing fee

5% of the order amount (non-refundable).

6. Return process

Contact care@stylooer.com with order number and customer data.

You will receive a return label within 48 hours.

Shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.

Send the tracking number to care@stylooer.com.

7. Exceptions

Custom-made products (z.B. personalized items) are excluded, except in the case of defects.

If seals are removed or goods are damaged, the right of return expires.

8. Refund

Refunds will be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods to the original payment method.

Free items must be returned, otherwise the value will be deducted.

9. Important for Klarna/PayPal

Klarna: Continue paying invoices during the return process.

PayPal: Refunds only after prior contact (disputes delay the process).
